Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Minoia app, made by an independent developer in Sydney, Australia. By using Minoia you agree to them. Minoia downloaded from the App Store is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. Who can use Minoia
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.
2. Your content is yours
Everything you write and add in Minoia belongs to you. We only store and process it to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Your account
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
4. Fair use
Don't misuse Minoia: don't try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything illegal.
5. Back up what matters
Guest data and photos are stored only on your device. We do our best to keep synced data safe, but we can't guarantee the app will be free of errors or always available.
6. Paid features
Minoia is free to use. If we offer optional paid features in the future, they will be sold through the App Store and Apple's payment terms will apply.
7. Liability
Minoia is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do. You can stop using Minoia at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
